Tasting at Lamlash House

We are delighted to welcome Paul Moffat, award winning fine dining hotel chef of the year (2018) to Lamlash House to showcase his culinary creativity and passion for food.

With over 25 years experience in the industry, Paul has built up a reputation for creating flavourful dishes and cooks incredible tasting menus by incorporating locally sourced produce together with up to the minute culinary techniques to offer a unique dining experience.

Paul has been busy creating exclusive Tasting Menus for Lamlash House and the first Tasting Menu open to the public will be held on the evening of Thursday 2nd May 2019 from 7.30pm.
