Lamlash House Temporarily Closed

Covid 19

The Scottish Government has announced that East Ayrshire has gone into Level 3 of the Covid-19 restrictions. While Lamlash House is permitted to reopen on 2 November, our capacity has been reduced to 40% of the pre-Covid levels, we are not permitted to sell alcohol and we are required to close at 6pm when we are primarily an evening type hospitality venue.

In view of these current restrictions, which would render our business financially unsustainable, we have reluctantly decided to temporarily remain closed until such time as there is more certainty of the future and the present restrictions have been relaxed to allow a more normal service to resume.

We already have exciting plans in place for the Festive Season at Lamlash House but it remains to be seen if we will be able to progress these if the current restrictions continue into December.

We hope that you understand the reason for taking this difficult decision and look forward to a time in the near future when we can once again offer a quality experience at Lamlash House which we have worked tirelessly to provide.
