This October, Lamlash House becomes the setting for an unforgettable evening of mystery as The Tentpeg Murderers bring MacTraitors to East Ayrshire for the very first time.
Blending immersive theatre, a gripping murder mystery and a banqueting-style dining experience, MacTraitors invites you to step into a world where everyone is a suspect and every conversation could reveal a vital clue.
As the evening unfolds, alliances will be formed, accusations will be made and secrets will emerge. Working with your fellow guests, you'll gather evidence, question suspects and piece together the mystery before making your final accusation.

The Tentpeg Murderers
Known for creating immersive, entertaining and brilliantly scripted murder mystery events, The Tentpeg Murderers have built a reputation for evenings that combine humour, suspense and audience participation and last performed at Lamlash House in January 2026 with their Burns themed murder mystery, 'Should Auld Acquaintances Be Found Dead’.
MacTraitors marks the company's first performance of this murder mystery in East Ayrshire, making this a unique opportunity to experience one of their most talked-about productions within the elegant surroundings of Lamlash House.
Dining
A specially prepared banqueting-style menu will be served during the evening. The menu is provided below with the option of meat or vegetarian.

Total ticket price for arrival drink, set meal and murder mystery is £85 per person plus 10% discretionary service charge for total bill on the evening.
