2019 Newmilns Gala

On Friday we were asked to judge the decorated windows of the shops and businesses in the town as part of the Newmilns Gala Week. Well done for all the effort involved in preparing the windows. We then had a great time yesterday with the culmination of the Newmilns Gala Week.

We hosted the arrival of the Gala Queen and her Attendants at Lamlash House for the official group photos in the garden. Then our Pre-parade Prosecco event at the house. Thanks to all those who attended for their support. And to crown it all, the formal crowning of the Gala Queen on the main stage.

We were even invited for refreshments in the dignitary area with the real local dignitaries!

Finally, thanks to the Newmilns Gala Committee for involving Lamlash House in the 2019 Gala event and we look forward to the continuation of the Newmilns Gala tradition following the success of the past week.
